Earl R. Ellis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ABM Industries from November 2020 until June 6, 2025, when he was succeeded by David Orr; he then served as a Senior Advisor to the Company through his Separation Date of September 5, 2025. As ABM's CFO he was responsible for the planning, implementation, management, and control of all of the Company's financial-related activities, including global finance, accounting, and investor relations.

Prior to joining ABM, Mr. Ellis spent more than four years at Best Buy, first as Chief Financial Officer of Best Buy Canada and then as Senior Vice President of Finance for Best Buy's U.S. business, and previously served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Canadian Tire. Earlier in his career he spent nearly two decades in the packaged food and beverage sector in financial leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company, Kraft Foods, and Coca-Cola. In October 2025, after leaving ABM, he was named Chief Financial Officer of Panera Bread.

Mr. Ellis holds a B.A. in Management Economics from the University of Guelph and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada).
