Fran Horowitz has served as Chief Executive Officer of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since February 2017 and has been a member of the Board since 2017. She joined the Company in 2014 as Brand President of Hollister, then became President and Chief Merchandising Officer across all brands before assuming the CEO role, and has led the Company through a multi-year brand and financial transformation. Earlier she was President of Ann Taylor LOFT (a division of ANN Inc.) and held merchandising leadership roles at Express, Inc., Bloomingdale's, Bergdorf Goodman, Bonwit Teller and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Nigel Travis has served on the Board since 2019 and as Chairperson since January 2023. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer, Executive Chairman and Chairman of the board of Dunkin' Brands Group, Inc., and earlier served as President and CEO of Papa John's International, President and COO of Blockbuster, Inc., and in executive roles at Burger King Corporation. Since July 2022 he has been a Senior Advisor to Blackstone, advising across its portfolio and serving on several portfolio-company boards.
Kerrii B. Anderson has served on the Board since 2018 and chairs the Audit and Finance Committee. She previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wendy's International, Inc. from November 2006 to September 2008, following roles as Interim CEO and Executive Vice President and CFO, and earlier spent over a decade as Senior Vice President and CFO of M/I Homes, Inc. She currently serves on the boards of Labcorp Holdings, Worthington Enterprises and The Sherwin-Williams Company.
Andrew Clarke joined the Board in 2024 and serves on the Compensation and Human Capital Committee. He is Global President of Mars Snacking, a division of Mars, Inc., since September 2018, leading more than 50,000 associates and a portfolio of global brands, and previously served as Chief Marketing & Customer Officer of Mars, Inc. His career includes general management and P&L roles at Mars across multiple geographies, with early-career retail operations experience at Marks & Spencer.
Susie Coulter has served on the Board since 2020 and sits on the Nominating, Board Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. She is the founder and CEO of ARQ Botanics LLC since January 2021 and previously co-founded and led Bronty Beauty LLC, after serving as President of Victoria's Secret Beauty at L Brands, Inc. and in senior roles at Ralph Lauren Corporation including President of Polo Ralph Lauren Retail Stores. She also serves on the board of Fossil Group, Inc.
James A. Goldman joined the Board in 2020 and chairs the Nominating, Board Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. He previously served as President, CEO and a director of Godiva Chocolatier, Inc. for a decade and as President of the Food & Beverage Division of Campbell Soup Company, following senior roles at Nabisco, Inc. Since December 2016 he has worked with global investment firm Eurazeo SE and has served on the boards of Build-A-Bear Workshop and Domino's Pizza.
Helen E. McCluskey has served on the Board since 2019 and chairs the Compensation and Human Capital Committee. She held senior leadership roles at Liz Claiborne, Inc. and Playtex Apparel and progressed through The Warnaco Group, Inc. to Chief Operating Officer and then President and CEO from February 2012 to February 2013, helping lead the company through its acquisition by PVH Corporation. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Signet Jewelers Limited.
Arturo Nuñez joined the Board in 2023 and serves on the Audit and Finance Committee. He is founder and CEO of AIE Creative, a branding and marketing firm, since May 2018, and previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Nu Holdings Ltd. (Nubank) from July 2021 to November 2022. Earlier he was Head of Marketing for Latin America at Apple Inc., Global Vice President of Marketing for Nike Basketball, and held marketing roles at the National Basketball Association; he also serves on the board of Estee Lauder Companies Inc.
Kenneth B. Robinson has served on the Board since 2021 and sits on the Audit and Finance Committee. He spent nearly four decades at The Procter & Gamble Company through June 2016 in senior finance, audit and risk roles, then served as Senior Vice President, Audit and Controls at Exelon Corporation until March 2020. He currently serves on the boards of Paylocity Holding Corporation and Occidental Petroleum Corporation, on the board of Morgan Stanley U.S. Banks, and as a Trustee of the IFRS Foundation.
Robert J. Ball has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2025, after being appointed Senior Vice President and CFO in November 2024. He joined Abercrombie & Fitch in 2003 and held a series of finance leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, Investor Relations and Treasury and CFO of the Abercrombie & Fitch and abercrombie kids brands. He began his career as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch and holds a degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accountancy from the University of Michigan.
Scott D. Lipesky has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since November 2024 and previously served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer from October 2017, adding the COO role in May 2023. Before rejoining the Company he was CFO of American Signature, Inc., and earlier held finance leadership roles at Abercrombie & Fitch including CFO of the Hollister brand. He previously held finance roles at FTI Consulting and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and was a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Samir Desai has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer since July 2021. He previously spent more than fifteen years at Equinox Group, a luxury fitness company, rising to Chief Technology Officer from April 2016 to June 2021, and earlier held technology roles at Intertex Apparel Group. He also serves on the board of directors of Arhaus, Inc.
Gregory J. Henchel has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since October 2021, after joining the Company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in October 2018. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of HSN, Inc. and as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Tween Brands, Inc. Earlier he held legal roles at Cardinal Health, Inc. and began his career as a litigation associate at Jones Day.
Jay Rust has served as Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources since May 2023, after serving as Senior Vice President and, earlier, Group Vice President and Interim Head of Global Human Resources. He joined Abercrombie & Fitch in February 2013 and held roles of increasing responsibility across the human resources function, supporting employee relations, learning and development and talent acquisition, and previously worked in the Company's merchandising department.
