Perry C. Siatis is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, responsible for the global legal organization, the office of ethics and compliance, and government affairs. He began his career practicing commercial and intellectual property litigation at DLA Piper LLP and joined Abbott in 2005 as Counsel, later serving as Division Counsel, IP Litigation and as Divisional Vice President and Section Head, IP Strategy.
He joined AbbVie in January 2013 as Vice President, Biologic Strategic Development and Legal Regulatory, and led the legal strategy for AbbVie's 2020 acquisition of Allergan.
