John M. Holmes is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of AAR CORP., serving as President and CEO since 2018 and Chairman of the Board since January 2023, and as a director since 2017. He joined AAR in 2001 and has held roles of increasing responsibility including President and Chief Operating Officer (2017-2018) and Chief Operating Officer - Aviation Services, growing the company through multiple acquisitions such as Trax and Triumph Group's Product Support business. He also serves on the board of GATX Corporation.

Jeffrey N. Edwards has served as an AAR director since 2024 and chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee. He is Partner and Vice Chairman of New Vernon Capital, an investment advisory firm (Chief Operating Officer from 2009 to 2024), and spent 24 years at Merrill Lynch & Co., where he served as Vice Chairman (2007-2009) and Chief Financial Officer (2005-2007). He also serves on the boards of American Water Works Company and Raymond James Financial.

Ellen M. Lord has served as an AAR director since 2021. She was Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment for the U.S. Department of Defense (2017-2021) and previously President and Chief Executive Officer of Textron Systems (2012-2017). She currently serves on the boards of Parsons Corporation and SES S.A.

Marc J. Walfish is AAR's Lead Independent Director, having served on the Board since 2003, and chairs the Audit Committee. He is a founding partner of Merit Capital Partners (formerly William Blair Mezzanine Capital Partners), a mezzanine investment firm, since 1991, and previously spent more than a decade at The Prudential Insurance Company of America, including as Senior Vice President of Prudential Capital Corporation.

John W. Dietrich has served as an AAR director since 2023. He is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FedEx Corporation (since 2023) and previously served as President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings (2020-2023), among other senior roles there dating to 1999. He also serves on the board of First Horizon Corporation.

Robert F. Leduc has served as an AAR director since 2020. He was President of Pratt & Whitney (2016-2020) and spent 38 years at United Technologies Corporation, including as President of Sikorsky Aircraft (2015-2016) and in leadership roles at Hamilton Sundstrand and UTC Aerospace Systems. He also serves on the boards of JetBlue Airways and Howmet Aerospace.

General Duncan J. McNabb (USAF, Retired) has served as an AAR director since 2017 and chairs the Aviation Safety and Training Committee. He served 37 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as Commander of U.S. Transportation Command and 33rd Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force, and is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Ares Mobility Solutions.

General Peter Pace (USMC, Retired) has served as an AAR director since 2011. He served over 40 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, culminating as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (2005-2007), the most senior position in the U.S. Armed Forces, after serving as Vice Chairman (2001-2005).

Michael R. Boyce has served as an AAR director since 2005. He is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Peak Investments, LLC, an operating and acquisition company (since 2018), and was previously Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PQ Corporation, a specialty chemicals and catalyst company (2005-2017; Chairman until 2019).

Billy J. Nolen has served as an AAR director since 2023. He is Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer of Archer Aviation (since 2023) and was Acting Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (2022-2023), where he led certification reform and airport safety-management systems. He previously held safety leadership roles at WestJet Airlines, Qantas, Airlines for America, and American Airlines.

Jennifer L. Vogel has served as an AAR director since 2016 and chairs the Human Capital and Compensation Committee. She co-founded InVista Advisors, a legal-department advisory firm (2012-2020), and was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of Continental Airlines (2003-2010). She also chairs the board of Sun Country Airlines Holdings.

Hema Widhani has served as an AAR director since 2025. She is Principal and Chief Experience, Brand and Marketing Officer at Edward Jones (since June 2025) and was previously Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at Prudential Financial (2023-2025), Chief Customer Officer (2019-2023), and earlier held digital and marketing leadership roles at E*Trade, Citibank and the WPP Group.

Dylan Z. Wolin is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AAR CORP., appointed effective February 23, 2026, with responsibility for finance, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations and corporate development. He previously served AAR as Vice President, Strategic and Corporate Development, and Treasurer (2020-2024) and Vice President, Strategy and Acquisitions (2017-2020), and rejoined the company from Federal Signal Corporation, where he was President - Elgin, Trackless, and Vactor (2024-2026); earlier he held corporate development roles at The Boeing Company (2008-2017).

Jessica A. Garascia is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary of AAR CORP., having served as General Counsel and Secretary since February 2020 and as Chief Administrative Officer since July 2022. Prior to joining AAR she was Deputy General Counsel at USG Corporation (2013-2020) and earlier practiced law at the Museum of Science and Industry and Jenner & Block LLP.

Christopher A. Jessup is Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of AAR CORP., having served in that role since June 2017. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer of the company's Aviation Services segment (from 2015) and held various roles within AAR's MRO operations after joining the company in 2008.

Eric S. Pachapa is Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of AAR CORP., having served in that role since July 2016, with responsibility for global accounting policies, internal controls, income taxes and reporting. He joined AAR in 2014 as Senior Director of Accounting and Reporting and was Controller (2015-2016); earlier he was with Glanbia plc (2011-2014) and Ernst & Young LLP (1996-2011).
