He had served as President and Chief Operating Officer since January 2024 and, from 2014, as President and Co-Founder of AAON's wholly-owned subsidiary BASX, Inc.; from 2017 to 2022 he was an Executive Advisor to Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. following the sale of his earlier companies Tobolski Watkins Engineering, Inc. and TRU Compliance, LLC. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a master's degree and Ph.D. in structural engineering from the University of California San Diego, and is a licensed civil and structural engineer in California, Oregon and Washington.
