E. Kevin Hrusovsky Chairman of the Board

E. Kevin Hrusovsky has served on the 908 Devices board since September 2013 and as Chairman since September 2020. He is a venture partner at ARCH Venture Partners and founder and chairman of the Powering Precision Health Foundation. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of Quanterix, Senior Vice President and Life Sciences business-unit President of PerkinElmer, and CEO and President of Caliper Life Sciences. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Ohio State University and an MBA from Ohio University.

Keith L. Crandell Director

Keith L. Crandell has served on the 908 Devices board since June 2012. He is a co-founder and managing director of ARCH Venture Partners, an early-stage technology venture capital firm, where he has worked since July 1994. He serves on the board of Twist Bioscience and previously served on the board of Quanterix. He holds a B.S. in chemistry and mathematics from St. Lawrence University, an M.S. in chemistry from the University of Texas at Arlington, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Mark Spoto Director

Mark Spoto has served on the 908 Devices board since June 2012. He is a co-founder and managing partner at Razor's Edge Ventures, a multi-stage investment firm focused on national-security and high-growth commercial technology, and was previously a partner at the law firm Cooley LLP. He holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Fenel M. Eloi Director

Fenel M. Eloi has served on the 908 Devices board since February 2021. He was most recently CFO and then COO of Cell Signaling Technology and previously COO and CFO of Interleukin Genetics and CFO of LifeCell Corp and Genome Therapeutics. He serves on the boards of Standard BioTools and several private life-science companies and is a Managing Partner at P&M Capital Partners. He holds an MBA from Anna Maria College and a B.A. in Business and Finance from Lee University.

Tony J. Hunt Director

Tony J. Hunt has served on the 908 Devices board since March 2022. He was Executive Chairman of Repligen from September 2024 to March 2026 and previously its President and CEO from 2015, having joined as COO in 2014; before that he was President of Bioproduction at Life Technologies. He serves on the board of BioLife Solutions. He holds a B.S. in microbiology and an M.S. in biotechnology from University College Galway and an MBA from Boston University.

Michele M. Leonhart Director

Michele M. Leonhart has served on the 908 Devices board since June 2024. She is the former Administrator of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, confirmed in December 2010 and serving until 2015 after a 34-year DEA career, and was the first female career federal law enforcement agent to lead a federal law enforcement agency. She chairs the boards of D.A.R.E. America/International and the DEA Educational Foundation. She holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Bemidji State University.

Christopher Brown, Ph.D. Director

Dr. Christopher Brown is a co-founder of 908 Devices and has served on its board since June 2025. Since March 2025 he has been Vice President of R&D Analytics at Repligen, following Repligen's acquisition of 908 Devices' bioprocessing analytics portfolio; he was previously the company's Chief Product Officer and, earlier, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Research and Development. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics/Chemistry from Brandon University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Dalhousie University.

Brandi C. Vann, Ph.D. Director

Dr. Brandi C. Vann has served on the 908 Devices board since August 2025, appointed to fill the vacancy created by Jeffrey George's resignation. She is Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Charles Stark Draper Laboratories and spent more than fifteen years at the U.S. Department of Defense, including performing the duties of Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Programs. She received her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina.

Kevin J. Knopp, Ph.D. President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Dr. Kevin J. Knopp co-founded 908 Devices and has served as its President, Chief Executive Officer and a director since February 2012. He previously was Vice President and Site Leader of the Portable Optical Analysis division of Thermo Fisher Scientific following its acquisition of Ahura Scientific, a handheld optical spectrometer company he co-founded in 2002. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Joseph H. Griffith IV Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Joseph H. Griffith IV has been 908 Devices' Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since March 2014. He previously served as CFO of the Life Sciences and Technology business unit of PerkinElmer, and earlier as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Caliper Life Sciences. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, is a licensed CPA, and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.

Mark S. Levine Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Secretary

Mark S. Levine has served as 908 Devices' Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary since December 2025. He was previously Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Immunovant, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Flexion Therapeutics (acquired by Pacira BioSciences), and General Counsel of Minerva Neurosciences, with earlier senior legal roles at athenahealth and Clinical Data. He holds a B.A. in political science from Binghamton University, SUNY, and a J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.

Kola Otitoju Chief Business and Strategy Officer

Kola Otitoju has been 908 Devices' Chief Business and Strategy Officer since April 2026. He previously spent six years at Repligen as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, and Global Head of the Process Analytics Division, executing more than 15 M&A transactions and partnerships. He earlier worked in M&A investment banking at Credit Suisse and Bank of America Securities and held roles at Baxter International and GE Healthcare. He earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, and a B.S. from Imperial College London.

John W. Kenneweg Senior Vice President, Sales and Product Marketing

John W. Kenneweg has been 908 Devices' Senior Vice President of Sales and Product Marketing since February 2026, having joined the company in April 2013 and previously served as Vice President of Government Business and VP/GM of Field Forensics. Before 908 Devices he was Director of Federal Government Programs at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Portable Analytical Instrument Division and managed government sales for Ahura Scientific. He holds a B.A. from West Virginia University and served in the United States Marine Corps.

Kevin McCallion, Ph.D. Senior Vice President, Products and Production

Dr. Kevin McCallion has been 908 Devices' Senior Vice President of Products and Production since February 2026, having joined in May 2013 and previously served as Vice President of Production and New Product Introduction. He was earlier Vice President of Engineering at TeraDiode, Director of Engineering at Finisar, and a co-founder of Azna LLC. He holds B.Eng. (1st Hons), M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Optoelectronics from the University of Strathclyde and is an inventor on more than 30 U.S. patents.
