August J. Moretti served as 4DMT's Chief Financial Officer since January 2019 and announced his retirement as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary effective September 11, 2023, continuing as a Senior Business Advisor through the end of 2023 and then as a consultant through December 31, 2024. Mr. Moretti received his B.A. in Economics from Princeton University in 1972 and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1975.
