Ashoo Gupta has served as 4DMT's Vice President, Finance & Controller since June 2024. He served as the Company's Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer from September 30, 2025 until succeeded as Principal Accounting Officer by Kristian Humer on March 25, 2026; he signs the Company's 10-K as Principal Accounting Officer.
Prior to joining 4DMT, Mr. Gupta served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc. from September 2023 to June 2024. From March 2019 to June 2023, he served as Executive Director of Accounting and Corporate Controller at Myovant Sciences, Inc.
Mr. Gupta holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Certified Public Accountant.
