Andy Arno joined the Board of Directors in 2011 and has more than 30 years of experience handling a wide range of corporate and financial matters, primarily as an investment banker and strategic advisor to emerging growth companies.
He currently serves as a managing member of Unterberg Legacy, LLC, a merchant bank and multi-family office, where he has served since 2023. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from George Washington University. He is the Lead Independent Director, Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee and Audit Committee.
