Director since 2022; Chair of the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee and member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. President and CEO of consulting company JHMedia, which she founded in 1997. Former Chairman of Fox Broadcasting and CEO and President of United Paramount Network (UPN).

Director since 2025 (appointed July 14, 2025); Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Corporate Governance & Nominating and Compensation Committees. Began his career with Deloitte and was EVP, CFO and executive committee member of the Board of American Pacific Corporation. Independent financial and operations consultant since 2004. CPA, CVA, CMA, CGMA, CITP, CFF and CFM.

Chief Financial Officer since April 2024; previously the Company's Corporate Controller since July 2022. Responsible for capital markets, investor relations, accounting, SEC external reporting, treasury, tax and other finance functions. Former Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Certified public accountant.

General Counsel of the Company since April 2024; previously Deputy General Counsel since January 2023. Former Chief Legal Officer of GVB Biopharma, a former subsidiary acquired in May 2022, from September 2019. Previously in private practice in corporate, M&A and litigation.

Joined as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing in August 2024 (per the 10-K, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing). Former CEO of Bonavita Beverage and President of Eastside Distilling Company Inc. Earlier roles at Roust, Molson Coors and Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits. Served in the United States Air Force as a Logistics Planner.

Vice President of Manufacturing Operations since February 2023. Previously head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Finance at Reynolds American. Over twenty years' experience in the tobacco industry in finance and manufacturing management roles.
