David S. Rosenblatt has served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of 1stDibs since November 2011 and serves as Chairperson of the board. He previously served as President, Global Display Advertising of Google from October 2008 through May 2009, joining Google in March 2008 via its acquisition of DoubleClick, where he had been CEO (July 2005-March 2008) and President (2000-July 2005). He serves on the boards of IAC, Inc. and Etsy, Inc.

Matthew R. Cohler has served on the board of 1stDibs since 2011 and is lead independent director. He has been a Partner at Benchmark Capital since June 2008, was VP of Product Management at Meta Platforms (2005-2008) and VP of LinkedIn (2003-2005). He serves on the boards of Asana, Inc. and KKR & Co. Inc.

Andrew G. Robb has served on the board of 1stDibs since June 2021. Since February 2020 he has been an investor in and advisor to marketplace technology companies. He was COO of Farfetch Limited (July 2010-February 2020) and Managing Director of Cocosa.com (June 2008-June 2010), with earlier management roles at eBay and Peoplesound.com.

Everette Taylor has served on the board of 1stDibs since February 2024. He has been CEO of Kickstarter, PBC since September 2022, was CMO of Artsy (Art.sy, Inc.) (December 2019-September 2022) and CEO of PopSocial (2016-2019). He co-founded GrowthHackers and held senior roles at Skurt and Qualaroo.

Paula J. Volent has served on the board of 1stDibs since June 2021. She has been Chief Investment Officer of Rockefeller University since August 2021 and previously was SVP for Investments and CIO of Bowdoin College (January 2006-July 2021). She serves on the board of MSCI Inc.

Lori A. Hickok has served on the board of 1stDibs since June 2021. She is a director of CarGurus, Inc. and was EVP, Chief Financial and Development Officer of Scripps Networks Interactive (July 2017-April 2018), having held EVP/CFO and finance roles at Scripps and E.W. Scripps. A retired CPA, she also serves on the board of Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee.

Brian J. "Skip" Schipper has served on the board of 1stDibs since June 2021. He is EVP and Chief People Officer of Yext, Inc. (since May 2016) and chairman of DHI Group, Inc. He has held senior HR roles at X Corp., Groupon, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, DoubleClick, PepsiCo, Compaq and Harris Corporation.

Thomas J. Etergino, CPA, has served as Chief Financial Officer of 1stDibs since March 2022. He was CFO of Vesta Healthcare Inc. (April 2017-March 2022) and Refinery29, Inc. (March 2013-April 2017), EVP and CFO of TheStreet, Inc. (September 2010-March 2013), and VP of Administration and CFO of AtriCure, Inc. He served as Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of DoubleClick (August 1998-September 2003) and spent his first eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Melanie F. Goins has served as General Counsel of 1stDibs since March 2021 and as Chief People Officer since March 2025; she also serves as Secretary. She was General Counsel of Care.com, Inc. (May 2019-March 2021) and Catalant Technologies, Inc. (August 2018-April 2019), and Assistant/Associate General Counsel of Care.com (March 2015-August 2018).

Tu Nguyen served as Chief Financial Officer of 1stDibs from March 2020 until her resignation effective March 28, 2022. She joined 1stDibs in July 2013 and was Vice President of Finance before her promotion to CFO. Prior to 1stDibs she was in the Strategy Consulting practice at Deloitte London (2008-2011).

Ross A. Paul served as Chief Technology Officer of 1stDibs from January 2012; a named executive officer, his employment was terminated effective June 30, 2023 as part of a workforce reduction. Prior to 1stDibs he worked at MLB.com (October 2005-December 2011) as Vice President of Engineering.

Ryan Beauchamp served as Chief Product Officer of 1stDibs and tendered his resignation on March 11, 2025, effective March 28, 2025, assisting in the transition of the role until his departure.

Nancy Hood served as Chief Marketing Officer of 1stDibs since January 2019 (per the 2021 S-1). She was SVP, Creator and Listener at SoundCloud Limited (April 2018-December 2018) and Head of Consumer, PayPal Credit at PayPal Holdings (November 2015-April 2018).

Sarah Liebel served as Chief Revenue Officer of 1stDibs since January 2019 (per the 2021 S-1), having been General Manager of Trade (September 2015-December 2018). Prior to 1stDibs she worked at Groupon, Inc. (May 2011-October 2015), including running operations and sales at ideeli.

Alison K. Lipman served as Chief People Officer of 1stDibs since June 2019 (per the 2021 S-1). She was a Senior Human Resources Leader at Amazon and head of HR for Amazon's Shopbop East Dane division of BOP LLC (September 2016-March 2018), and was on the People Team at Shutterstock (April 2013-August 2016), ending as Vice President, People.

Xiaodi T. Zhang served as Chief Product Officer of 1stDibs since March 2014 (per the 2021 S-1), having joined as a Vice President in early 2012. She was Senior Director of Product at Gilt Groupe (2011) and spent six years at eBay in Buyer Experience, Search and eBay China divisions.

Todd A. Dagres served on the board of 1stDibs from December 2012 and elected to transition off the board at the 2021 IPO. He is a co-founder and general partner of Spark Capital, was a general partner at Battery Ventures, and co-founder and chairperson of Liteboxer.

Deven J. Parekh served on the board of 1stDibs from 2015 and elected to transition off the board at the 2021 IPO. He joined Insight Partners in January 2000 and has been a Managing Director since January 2001, serving on numerous portfolio company boards.
